The CIB - Daily Immunizations report is useful for checking data entry and grouping vaccine counts by category.
At the end of the day, the report will show the number of immunized clients at the selected location. The records can be filtered, sorted, grouped for summary and analysis.
By default, this will display all the records in After Care and Complete status.
Generating the Report
1. Open the Daily Immunizations report:
a. In the top banner, click Reports. (Note, it may be hidden under "More").
b. On the left side, click All Reports. In the search bar (top right), type Daily Immunizations and hit Enter.
Select CIB - Daily Immunizations.
2. Click the Filter icon to open the Filter Panel.
3. For Location: Name, enter the Clinic name and click Apply.
(For any subsequent filters, enter your query and click Apply.)
4. Scroll through the columns and locate the relevant data. Data can be sorted or grouped by rows. Columns can also be temporarily removed.
- Reason for Immunization - (may be blank)
- Name - Client Name
- Birthdate
- Walk-In - box will be checked if the appointment was a drop-in
- Immunization Number - unique record identifier
- Date/Time of Administration
- Lot Number
- ImmsBC Provider (User): Full Name - immunizer's name
Tips
- Click on Detail Rows toggle to show or hide details.
- Users may also export the Report to Excel for further processing and manipulation
Error Correction:
If incorrect records are found, ensure the provider edits the immunization record to reflect the correct product (agent, trade name, lot #) given.
