The Sched - Booked Appointments report provides a list of clients with confirmed appointments for a given clinic & day.
This report group clients by age cohort & reason for visit.
(By default, it will not show walk-ins)
Generating the Report
1. Open the Pathway Status report:
a. In the top banner, click Reports. (Note, it may be hidden under "More").
b. On the left side, click All Reports. In the search bar (top right), type Booked Appointments and hit Enter.
Select Sched - All Booked Appointments.
2. Click on Filters:
3. Use the various filters to generate the customized report. Click "Apply" after each field is altered.
- DELETE the Location: Health Authority filter by clicking the trash can icon
- Appointment Date/Time - select a single day or multiple days
- Location: Name - type the full name of the clinic, or a partial match (unique identifier)
4. Preview the results and utilize the other filter options to further refine and sort the data as needed. (Group by rows or columns)
This is a real-time report that updates throughout the day. The number at the top shows the clients with confirmed appointments who have yet to arrive.
The following detailed information may be helpful:
- Name
- DOB
- Appt Date and Time
- Vaccine Types Selected (self-selected by client during appt booking)
Note: There is also a toggle at the bottom of the screen to show/hide information, depending on whether the user wishes to view individual clients vs. grouped summaries.
Optional: Export to Excel for filtering and further analysis.
