The CIB - Daily Clients Pathway Status (CV) report identifies the Vaccine Pathway Status of all clients who have been seen in clinic.
Pathway Status Definitions
| New | Temporary initial stage; client's check-in has not been saved |
| Vaccine Administration | Pending; client's charting has not been submitted (yet) |
| After Care* | Temporary stage; the immunizer has recently submitted the vaccine information |
| Completed | Final stage; >30 minutes has passed since the vaccine information was submitted |
*Note: Clients will automatically move from After Care to Complete.
Generating the Report
1. Open the Pathway Status report:
a. In the top banner, click Reports. (Note, it may be hidden under "More").
b. On the left side, click All Reports. In the search bar (top right), type Pathway Status and hit Enter.
Select CIB - Daily Clients Pathway Status (CV).
2. Click on Filters:
3. Use the various filters to generate the customized report. Click "Apply" after each field is altered.
- DELETE the Location: Health Authority by clicking on the trash can icon
- Location: Name - type the full name of the clinic, or a partial match (unique identifier)
NOTE: The Location filter has been moved to the bottom of the filter list! Scroll to the end!
4. Preview the results and utilize the other filter options to further refine and sort the data as needed. (Group by rows or columns)
This is a real-time report that updates throughout the day. Information can be refreshed, or the entire report can be re-run from scratch.
The following detailed information is included in the report:
- Pathway Status
- Age Group
- Location: Health Authority
- Location: Name
- First name, Last Name
- DOB
- Age at Appt
- Appointment Confirmation Number
- Appt Date and Time
- Appointment Status
- Walk-in (True or False)
- ImmsNumber
- Date Administered
- Lot #
- Imms BC Provider: Full name
- Covid dose #
- Covid Forecast Tradename
- Client Reason for Visit
- Vaccine Types Selected (self-selected by client during appt booking)
Note: There is also a toggle at the bottom of the screen to show/hide information, depending on whether the user wishes to view individual clients vs. grouped summaries.
Optional: Export to Excel for filtering and further analysis.
Tips
- Select pathway status = Vaccine Administration to identify clients whose documentation may be incomplete. Follow up with immunizers to have the record submitted or deferred fully.
- At the end of the day, group columns by lot # to identify potential data entry errors. Click the intersection to identify the clients of interest.
(Note: as of Sept 2023, patient ages are being incorrectly rounded up instead of down. Take particular care for ages 4 & 11)
