Covid-19 vaccine inventory coordinators in VCH COCs requested reports to assist with vaccine allotment planning on a weekly basis.
A combination of reports can facilitate this planning:
- Sched – Dose 2 Booked Appts and Products – Breakdown of Dose 2 appointments and products by clinic and appointment date
- Sched – Used Booking Capacity – The % used capacity of clinics by Appointment Date
What filters do I need to set by Report?
The two reports can be accessed by navigating to Clinic in a Box >> Selecting “Reports” from dropdown menu >> Selecting “All Folders” >> Selecting “Scheduling Reports”
- Sched – Booked Appointments by Appt Date
- Sched – Used Booking Capacity
