The Temp - Detailed Patient List (Today) report provides a list of clients with confirmed appointments for a given clinic & day.
It defaults to today's date, and provides many columns of information pertaining to client demographics and their appointment. There are no groupings, by default.
Generating the Report
1. On the Classic ImmsBC site, navigate to Clinic in a Box, and select Reports from the dropdown menu.
OR
On the new ImmsBC site for Clerks & Clinicians, select Reports from the navigation bar. It may be hidden under the More button.
2. From the left hand navigation, select All Reports and type Temp - Detailed Patient.
3. Select Temp – Detailed Patient List (Today).
By default, the report will list all client appointments at all clinic locations across BC.
4. Use the funnel icon in the top right corner to filter the report.
5. A filter panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Type your query and click Apply after each filter.
- Start Date: defaults to the current date
- Location: type a keyword or your clinic's full name
- Other helpful filters: age, DOB, CEV status, reason for visit
Exporting the Report
Users may export the resulting table to Excel for further formatting and printing. The printout can be used in clinic settings where there is unreliable internet connection, or during downtime procedures.
6. In the top right corner, click Export. Choose Details Only, Excel Format .xlsx and click the (blue) Export button.
7. Open the report in Microsoft Excel and Enable Editing.
8. Format the sheet to delete/hide un-necessary columns: Right click on the column header > Delete or Hide.
- Blanks, localized start date (duplicate), confirmation number, preferred communication channel, postal code, priority code, status.
- Consider deleting/hiding other identifiers such as age, PHN, mobile #, email, CEV status if they are not needed.
9. Once the Excel document has been adjusted for printing, click File > Print.
10. Adjust the printer settings and print the appointment list.
- Orientation: switch from Portrait Orientation to Landscape Orientation
- Scaling: select Fit All Columns on One Page
