This article contains Data Remediation workflows to correct errors detected on the day of a client's appointment. Updates to a client's profile, vaccine dose, or other immunization-related information are completed through In-Clinic Experience.

Navigate to My Client List
1. Ensure the User Defaults are set to the correct location and date.
2. Select Client List.
3. Search for the client in question by typing their PHN or searching their name.
- Immunizers can search for their previous clients by selecting My List.
- Alternatively, click Today's Appointments to view every client with an appointment at your clinic.
4. Click View to enter In-Clinic Experience.
5. Depending on the nature of the change(s), click the appropriate step of the pathway.

Identification chevron
Click the green Identification button in the banner to open the Identification chevron
> Demographics (for EMPI Unverified clients)
Please refer to the Client Demographics Help File for more details.
1. Click on the pencil icon next to Client Details.
2. Make edits to the First name, Last Name, Birthdate, and PHN as needed.
3. Click Verify PHN.
If the EMPI-supplied demographic information is incorrect, direct the client to contact Service BC.
> Contact Information
1. Click on the pencil icon next to Identification Information. All fields can be changed.
2. Make all necessary edits.
3. Click Save when remediation has been completed.

Vaccine Administration chevron
Click the green Vaccine Administration button to open the Vaccine Administration chevron.
> Immunization Information
1. Click on the pencil icon next to Immunization Information.
2. Make all necessary edits (provider, lot#, dosage, body site, route, reason for immunization, comments).
3. Add a revision reason.
4. Click Save when remediation has been completed.
> Notes
Click Add Note on the left side of the screen to add a note at any step in the process.
> Deferrals
1. To edit an existing deferral, click the View/Edit button.
2. Edit the "Effective To" date and Comment.
3. Click Save when remediation has been completed.
4. If necessary, add a new deferral (for a different agent) by clicking +Add.

After-Care chevron
Click the After-Care button to open the After-Care chevron. It may be blue or green depending on the client's pathway status.
> Medical Intervention
1. Click on the pencil icon next to Medical Intervention.
2. Make all necessary edits.
3. Add a revision reason.
4. Click Save when remediation has been completed.
