With the new consent module in ImmsBC, there are minimal changes that can made by end-users after consent is submitted.
Your local system support (Data Remediation) team can assist with fixes.
Let us know the following:
- ImmsBC profile # or other identifiers (e.g. PHN)
- Consent record # and agent
- Which part(s) of the consent needs to be modified or corrected
- If applicable: what is the correct information to be added?

| Consent was entered for the wrong agent | Set the consent to expire at end-of-day, and email Data Remediation team for deletion. |
