VCH Provisioning and Access:

  • Managers can submit ImmsBC provisioning requests/updates on behalf of their staff. Please see the help article [here].
  • ImmsBC is accessed through a weblink on a browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
    • Clerks and Clinicians will use the Community Portal
    • Admins will continue using Classic ImmsBC (the original site)
