The CIB - DIWA Submissions report is useful for confirming data entry submitted through the "Create Immunization Record" workflow.
DIWA queries can be run as a quality control check.
Generating the Report
1. Open the DIWA/CIR Submissions report:
a. In the top banner, click Reports. (Note, it may be hidden under "More").
b. On the left side, click All Reports. In the search bar (top right), type DIWA Submissions and hit Enter.
Select CIB - DIWA Submissions.
2. Click the Filter icon to open the Filter Panel.
3. Apply the necessary filters.
- Delete the Health Authority filter by clicking the trash can icon
- Clinic Location: Health Authority equals Vancouver Coastal
- Submitted date defaults to today's date.
- Date type can be changed to "Date Administered"
- Clinic Location: the clinic name, or unique string of characters
4. Scroll through the columns and locate the relevant data. Data can be sorted or grouped by rows/columns. Fields can also be temporarily removed.
- Reason for Immunization - (may be blank)
- Name
- Birthdate
- Immunization Number - unique record identifier
- Administered Agent (NEW!)
- Date Administered
- Lot Number
- ImmsBC Provider (User): Full Name - immunizer's name
- Non-ImmsBC Provider (Contact): Full Name - immunizer's name
- Vaccine Submitted by: Full Name
Tips
- Click on Detail Rows toggle to show or hide details.
- Users may also export the Report to Excel for further processing and manipulation
Error Correction:
If incorrect records are found, ensure the user edits the immunization record to reflect the correct product (agent, trade name, lot #) given.
