Forgotten Username/Password
VCH Employees
- Contact the VCH Service Desk at 604-875-4334 (Press 1 for password reset).
Contracted Immunizers and Community Partners
- Contact the VCH Service Desk at 604-875-4334 (Press 1 for password reset). A VCH employee may be asked to vouch for the contracted immunizer/community partner.
- Upon verification, Service Desk begins the support session.
- Pass the phone to the Contracted Immunizer/Community Partner, who will then connect directly with the Service Desk to receive their credentials.
Issues with Multifactor/2-factor Authentication (MFA/2FA)
VCH Employees
- Contact the VCH Service Desk at 604-875-4334 for assistance with set-up, troubleshooting, and resets. For those who wish to set up MFA on a new or different mobile device, the token can be reset.
Single Sign-on Error/No existing account/New User
A single sign-on error occurs when an account does not have access to the ImmsBC system. This can happen to new users and/or users that haven't signed on for a prolonged period of time. To request access to ImmsBC or have an account created for a user, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the site for Community Systems forms
- Expand ImmsBC Requests, Training and Support Documents.
- Beside "Access Requests:" click this template.
- Fill out the template for the user(s) and click Send.
Note: After the Access Management team provisions the user, the newly provisioned account may take up to 2 hours to become activated and ready for use.
