1. Use Chrome, Edge, or Firefox to launch the website.

Add this link as a bookmark for future use.
2. Scroll down and click the button for BC Provider/External Users.
3. Sign in with your new provided username which will be your Firstname.Lastname@BCProvider.ca, not your email. e.g. "jay.doe@bcprovider.ca" email and click Next.
4. Enter the password that you had saved while creating you BC provider account and Click on Sign in.
5. Download Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.
On your computer screen, click Next. You will see instructions to allow notifications on your mobile device, if prompted. Click Next.
6. On your mobile device in Microsoft Authenticator app, select Scan QR code.
Note: (If you have previously set up Microsoft Authenticator, add a new work account first. Open app, click on 3 dots on top-right and select + Add Account, Add Work or School account)
If prompted on your mobile device, allow notifications and allow the app to access your camera. Point your mobile device’s camera at the QR code on your computer screen.
7. The system will prompt you to test out if your device has been paired properly. Enter the number mentioned on the screen in your authenticator notification.
8. After you have successfully paired your authenticator app, you will be required to use it everytime you sign in to ImmsBC.
The first time you log into ImmsBC, read the Privacy, Confidentiality, and Security Acknowledgement.
6. Type your first and last name. Then select your Designation from the picklist to identify your role in the system and click Next.
Most LTC/AL users will select Clerk/Clinician as their designation based on their role at the facility.
7. Confirm that you are successfully able to see the landing page for ImmsBC.
