JUL 2024 update - Client List is experiencing some known bugs related to display and sorting.
Client List is a handy tool that can be utilized during clinic to monitor the status of clients, double check data entry, and review client profiles at a glance.
TIP: Ensure the correct User Defaults have been set. The Client List will be populated according to the chosen date and clinic location.
How to access Client List
In the navigation bar, select Client List.
For Immunizers:
> Use Today's Appointments (instead of the Home search) to locate clients by name or PHN.
> Use My List to view all previous clients from the current date & location.
- Records that are in Vaccine_Administration have not been completed, and should be reviewed to ensure they are properly submitted or deferred.
- Data entry errors can be corrected by clicking View and making the necessary changes.

For Clerks & Clinic Leads:
> Use Today's Appointments to monitor pathway status throughout the day. These statuses will change throughout the day as clients are checked in and immunized (or deferred).
> If any clients have been sitting in Vaccine_Administration for a prolonged period of time, look into the record to ensure it is properly completed, deferred, or cleared away. This may involve follow-up with the immunizer, the client themselves, or the data remediation team.
- Specific clients can be located using the Search function.
Tip: Records can be sorted by clicking directly on the text of the desired heading (e.g. Appointment Time)
Tip: Pathway Status can be filtered by clicking the down arrow
