There are 3 main ways to locate a client's appointment:
- Home (issue as of Jul 2024 - only working for initial check-in)
- Alternate: Today's Appointments
- Alternate: Global Search Bar
1. Ensure that your User Defaults have been set to the correct date and clinic location.
2. Select Home
3. Complete a search by entering one or more client details in the Search field and pressing the Enter key: First Name, Last Name, PHN.
Note: The search will return results only if the client has an appointment at your current location (as per User Defaults).
If the Search returns Results
a. Confirm demographic details like First and Last Name and Date of Birth to confirm the correct client is selected (especially if there are multiple results).
b. Click Check-in Client if that is the only button available. Proceed with identification.
If the Search yields no Results, or your client is not listed
a. Try searching using other identifiers (such as PHN or confirmation code) if you have not done so already.
b. Double check the legal name on the client's ID.
c. Remove the selected clinic (click the X by the clinic name) and search again; the client may be booked at another location.
Alternate method #1: Today's Appointments
Search for your client (using name or PHN) from the list of Today's Appointments.
A. At the bottom of the Home page:

Alternate method #2: Global Search Bar
If the client search on the Home Page is unable to pull up the profile, try locating it through the Global Search Bar.
If the client is eligible but does not have an appointment, click Check-in Client to create an appointment.
Note: please verify with the clinic leads before accepting drop-ins, as there may be special considerations (age, forecast, medical conditions), and other factors (vaccine inventory, clinic capacity, etc).
