This workflow allows immunizers to consecutively document two or more vaccines (e.g. Influenza-Inactivated and COVID-19 mRNA) given to the same individual during the visit.
1. Complete Vaccine Administration for the first product:
select agent > record informed consent > complete immunization information.
Please refer to the Help File for the detailed workflow on recording Vaccine Administration.
2. After documentation for the first product is complete, select Save Administration & Record Another Vaccine
3. Confirm the details for product #1 and select Save Administration & Record Another Vaccine again.
4. A green pop-up will notify the user that their first submission was successful.
The Vaccine Administration page will refresh, and the next vaccination information can now be recorded.
On the left hand side, previous immunization(s) from that day will be displayed
5. Complete Vaccine Administration for the second product:
select agent > record consent > complete immunization information.
6. After all products have been administered, select Confirm & Save Administration.
7. Review the details for product #2 in the Vaccine Administration Summary pop-up window. Select Confirm & Save Administration once more.
The user will then be returned to the Home Screen.
