When charting a vaccine, the Reason for Immunization may be left blank for most clients attending VCH-run clinics.
Other acceptable values include "High Risk" or "Routine Vaccine".
LTC/AL Residents and Staff:
For residents and staff at Assisted Living (AL) and Long Term Care (LTC) facilities, please continue selecting from the following options:
