Intended Audience & Affected Users
The enhancements below will primarily impact VCH users responsible for managing the creation or editing of ImmsBC appointments visible on the Citizen Booking Portal, both at a VCH regional and clinic level.
Please keep the focused nature of these changes in mind when reviewing as an ImmsBC user. The content may not be applicable to your role.
Summary of Changes:

- New Hover Tip Added to “Default Vaccine” Field on a Clinic Location Profile
(reminder that product modifications will not affect existing appointments or clinic days) - New Fields Added to Help Display Vaccines Associated with an Appointment
> users can see which vaccine type(s) the client selected during the booking process
(under a client's Appointment Details)
> users can see the list of products a clinic is offering on a particular day
(under Appointment Day Management) - New Column “Vaccines Offered” Added to the Scheduler Tab for Appointment Management
> Product modifications can be made in 2 ways
A. Default Vaccines - global change intended for ALL future clinic days
B. Vaccines Offered - NEW! - manual change that only impacts a specified date or date range
(e.g. making Influenza-LAIV available on weekends only)
Regardless of the method of modification, all clinic schedules can be mass cloned (duplicated). - New “Inventory Snapshot” Tab Available on a Clinic Location Profile
(Users have a streamlined way to compare available inventory against booked appointments at a given location) - BUG: Clicking on “Booking Counter” Hyperlink Populates Error Message
