Intended Audience & Affected Users
The enhancements below will primarily impact VCH users responsible for vaccine administration, data entry, reporting, and inventory management.
Summary of Changes:

- Inventory-related
- New warning: if default vaccines = 0 (no product offerings)
- If Vaccines Offered = 0, then users can choose from active available vaccines
- Snapshot: updated filtering for Unbooked appointments by Vaccine
- Snapshot: ability to sort and refresh the Vaccines Offered
- Snapshot: updated display names for Vaccines Offered for consistency
- Scheduler: includes a new column for Inventory Snapshot - BUG FIX: In CIR, "Show all lot numbers" will correctly load ALL lot numbers in the dropdown menu by default.
- Alerts: A reminder that the each alert can have a maximum of 200 characters.
- BUG FIX: The correct Date/Time of administration is now displayed when users are back-entering records in In-Clinic Experience for a past date.
- Date/Time Administered became read-only
When viewing the details of a record, the Date/Time of administration is now a static field, and not editable after initial save. (The pencil icon has been removed) - Potential duplicate consents are flagged & visible: "Details" > "System Information"
- Report enhancements
- CIB - Daily Immunizations: added the age group bucket
- CIB - Daily Clients Pathway Status (CV): added dosage
- Sched - All Booked Appointments: added appointment status
- Audit - User List: added a column to show the # of days since last login
