Summary of Changes:

- Ability to Defer and Save Another vaccine
> Description: users can record vaccine administration of one product and a deferral of another product in any order.
> NEW: Addition of a button called "Defer Vaccination and Record Another Vaccine"
Sample workflows:
A. Give Influenza and input details. Save Administration and Record Another. Defer COVID-19.
OR
B. Defer COVID-19 product. Defer Vaccination and Record Another Vaccine. Give influenza and input details. - Deferred records will have their pathway status set to "Cancelled"
(this ensures that the record is not stuck in vaccine_admin) - Users have the ability to view deferred immunization records from the Related tab
> NEW: Addition of a checkbox in the Immunization Records section which allows users to view records with a "Cancelled" pathway status.
If the box is checked, then deferred records will appear in the grid. (However, the record will most likely be blank) - Descriptive Text added to CIR "Time of Administration" field.
When adding a new immunization record, users are reminded of the format for the time
(h:mm AM/PM)
The time can also be left blank.
